We prioritize data confidentiality. This privacy document outlines how we collect, store, and process your profiles, Github tokens, and keys.

Information Processing and Data Protection Policies

1. Personal Profile InformationWe collect your name, email, Discord handle, Github profile URL, and university names during registration. This information is processed exclusively to manage cohort matching, issue assignments, and leaderboard tracking. We do not sell or share your profile details with external marketing brokers.

2. GitHub Authentication DataWhen verifying public repositories or configuring workspace settings, we access publicly available profile statistics. Your user credentials or private repository keys are never queried or stored on our nodes.

3. SSH Key Storage SafetyPublic SSH keys submitted to connect to sandbox workspace bridges are saved securely within our application cluster. They are only utilized to authorize Git access pipelines to allocated sandbox branches.

4. Data Retention LimitsAll application credentials, points records, and activity logs are cached within our secure databases. Users can request total deactivation of their application record and SSH keys by contacting our admin channels.
